The only ones that made a positive impression on me are:

1. Luka Nižetić

My favourite. I found it surprisingly catchy and the great video helped as well too. Could be my favourite NF season song so far even.

2. NIPPLEPROPLE

Another really fun one, also making it in my, so far quite short, Esc 25 playlist.

3. IVXN

This one's purely for the eye candy. I'm more them fine leaving it as a NF song.

I think I'd enjoy The Soul of My Soul a lot more if it was sung in Croatian. The lyrics are reaching Echo levels of bad and it's impossible for me to ignore them. AaAaA kind of falls into a similar trap of me liking the song and overall vibe but the lyrics aren't doing it for me.

It was hard to choose my favourite between Nipplepeople and Ananda, I'd be super happy with either of them winning.

I'd say I like my top 8 quite a bit, it starts dropping off fast after that though tbh.

Running order for the Semis was out yesterday.

The middle of Semi 1 the strongest part to me with Martha May, LELEL, Teenah and IVXN all going consecutively. Magazin towards the end as expected.

NPC is a good choice for opener in Semi 2. Ananda goes 9th just before Marko Bošnjak.

After Baby Lasagna was not initially selected to perform at Dora last year (and entered as a reserve), this year there has been another round of controversy surrounding a song that most people thought should have been at Dora, but wasn't even selected as a reserve.

I'm curious what people outside of Croatia think about this song:

Not really my style (his style of singing, I actually enjoy the instrumental) but it definitely should at least make the selection.

Nowhere close Nipplepeople tho!1

Not really my cup of tea but it definitely should’ve been part of the NF. HRT is a laughing stock at this point.

meanwhile i have heard all songs and my top2 are ogenj & fenstra - next 3 are ananda,lelek & teenah.
ogenj seems to be a very good band between metal & ethnosounds. xmetal
it would be a wisely choice for basel but i know meanwhile the croation music taste and there are a lot contenders.
