Best and worst ever result for a country this year?

Do you believe that there is any country that can get this year their best or their worst ever result?

Some cases:

best ever result is 2nd (twice) but i don't think that Hatari is anywhere near the win.
best result is 2nd too but i don't think Tamta's song is that strong.
best result is 24th so San Marino if qualifies they have chances get their best ever result.
best result is 7th so they need to reach top 6 this eyar to get their best ever result.
best result is 12th but even if Tamara qualifies this year i don't think that she can reach 11th place.
best ever result is 4th so Sbruk needs to be on top 3 to get their best ever result.
best ever result is 2nd but is almost impossible for Michela to win!

worst result was last year coming 11th in the SF so this year they have some chances to get an ever worse result!
came 20th last year so in case they are the shocking NQ this year they will get their worst ever result.
has never come dead last in the semi-final! Do you believe that Leonora will be that much underrated?
could come dead last on the semi-final this year too which means their worst result too

It's too early to say this but I think no one is getting their best result...hope I'm totally wrong!!

I guess is the country with more chances of doing better than their best result... It will not be easy but we will see.

I don't see anyone else tbh... have very small chances but they can surprise... Specially , I think is a bit overrated by now...

My bets for the worst places are similar - , but I hope they don't.

- Don't think they will be last in their semi, it would be too bad. But it can easily happen!!

- Really hope not! But that can happen!! I think they will qualify but I feel this is going to flop or do very well in Telaviv!

- It can happen as well, but I hope not. It would be too bad to leave this song out of the final, but honestly I wouldn't be really really surprised if this doesn't go through or finishes 21st or below. That's unlikely anyway!

is an entry i totally dislike but looks like most people like it so i wouldn't be surprised if she reach top 10! However to get the best ever result for Belarus she needs to be on top 5 and it looks nearly impossible now!

has already won a few times but i believe that Duncan has potential for a win like Salvador in 2017! If the win is that big it will be like the best ever result for Netherlands!

Sadly or are going to come last. and will avoid the last place. I believe too that Roko has some very low chances to qualify, he is not completely chanceless.
