What about countries that don't haved NF but rather internal selection? If I pick such country do I just send whatever I like?

Question: Does the person have to be from the country they tried to represent? Like if I want to send a Serb who tried to represent Poland, which country would I take? And what if the song wasnt in an NF, but everyone knows the broadcaster considered the song before choosing another song internally?

@David: As the title says, it has to be a song from an NF, not internal selection. Sorry about that. However, if it was in the actual NF, you would choose Poland as your country because you chose a song from a Polish NF.
