I used Google Translate and it seems there is nothing new regarding participation.

Yeah I ran it through a translator too, and all it seems to me is a story basically laying out the history of Andorra in the contest, people saying it would be neat if they did. And saying there is no news. So, maybe another case of trying to get post-Eurovision clicks?
