Out of the "smaller" countries, Andorra definitley is my favorite at Eurovision (really enjoying "Get a Life", "Casanova" and "Salvem el mon"), so time for them to come back.
But without a miracle this won´t happen for sure.

The smaller the country, the bigger the costs per capita, Than rises the question, do you really want to spend 1/10000 of your BNP to Eurovision, where if you send someone from Andorra, it's really hard to win? Shouldn't do it.

That a possible cooperation with TV3 could see Andorra back on stage especially as TV3 would help funding costs

OMG! So sorry you've waited for me to make a comment on your #1... but you know, I saved the best for the finale haha.
I wouldn't expect it to be so time-consuming to rate each Eurovision entry... but I had to listen to some again to state my opinion
+ Andorra deserves some love as well haha
