I think that even if Andorra have a money, they rather will not back. Maybe San Marino or Montenegro good result in this year change their mind, because they think that micro country can't get the high place.

They withdrew because they didn't have money any more... So I don't guess they won't come back in a near future unless we find petrol under the soil of Andorra ! 3

Or, Spaniards and French, let's all buy a lot of tax-free tobacco and alcohol in Andorra 2 (as basically it's the only economy of the country...)

How the heck does Andorra have no money? Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg are small but extremely rich countries, and everyone complains about them not having money. I mean... WHAT?

Andorra is not a tax heaven... San Marino and Andorra has nothing i common with Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Monaco.

Unfortunately, I don't think they will come back after the result of San Marino

But 2014 would be perfect for Andorra to come back. They could send again Susanne Georgi. She's Danish and that would work in their favour!

Why do you think they were rich anyway, they were rich because they were cheapskates. They rather save money than spend it.
