This. They stopped doing the algorithm for the voting order after juries and public were split up.

Still it‘s strange why they set up a certain order. Why not alphabetical or in the order they performed (first semi then final)...

Oh really? :? I hate being spoiled by the production behind it... It's so obvious to the countries getting 12 points, because there ALWAYS is a camera in front of them several seconds before the announcement
