LIIS LEMSALU BRINGS IT HOME!
Laul stays in Eestimadnait

A few minutes ago, Grifffiniskaja Laul ended with another Eestimadnaitish victory. Liis Lemsalu scored 154 points and secured her place at the 215th Waiting List Song Contest. This is second time that Eestimadnait wins in a row which is one of the few records that were broken tonight (others being the highest number of points for the winning entry and the highest number of juries).

It is yet to be determined when and where the next contest will be held, but it is sure that it will stay in the Eestimadnait.
Full results can be found here: link

Special thanks to: Joseyeon, Ugaly, Svobodnia, Effiland, Endórë, Bagrovor, Tanoiro, Biflovatia, Moisantia, Öösingimäed, Emsfrynt, Tybalteva, Gringotts, Balearica Island, Arkodrë, Pyreica and Solentoya.

Congrats Liis! I'm surprised, for I thought she would fly under most people's radars. :) Good luck!
Ngl, I expected it to be either Gammal or Alfie, but this outcome I love xheat The first Estonian entry that won, I-.
Thank you so much xheart

Why am I too late for this, I was going to vote.

EDIT: Ah well, probably would have given 12 to the eventual winner anyway.

Welcome to the 2nd Griffiniskaja Laul of the year and 7th overall! xheat We are again in Pyetsit, the capital of the Eestimadnait principality because they just keep winning (so we put them at cursed 2nd position and gave them the worst song). To quote myself once more: "if you are eager to vote, you have recap and the playlist on YouTube if you have time to watch and listen to the whole songs. You vote by sending me your top 7 - from your favourite to your least favourite. Full list of songs is in spoiler." Thank you xheart

FIRST VICTORY FOR PZYERÜYÖLKEÄ!
Successful comeback for Ashe

4uOIHFJ.png
In an exciting voting sequence, another Griffiniskaja laul got to an end with Griffin principality of Pzyerüyölkeä emerging victorious with 121 points. While the Griffiniskaja Laul stage was nothing new for their representative Ashe, this is the very first victory for the principality of cheese and wine. Ashe represented the principality with her song Moral of the Story at the second edition of the festival where she finished fifth. This time, joined by her friend Finneas for the track "Till Forever Flls Apart" she took the trophy home collecting 59 points from international jury and 62 from Griffin televoting.

International jury consisted of eight countries: Effiland, Bigicia, Solentoya, Svobodnia, Bagrovor, Ugaly, Joseyeon, and Moisantia, with show being broadcast in Utopolis, Pyreica and Tybalteva as well. Griffiniskaja Televisioon sends special thanks to all of the countries that took part in creating the show.

Second place went to Ben Platt of the principality of Meremaa, while third placed was Foreõsvdetrre represented by JC Stewart. Host principality came third with international jury despite the lack of support from the Griffin public, finishing in the sixth place. Sletterimaa finnished seventh for the second time (which last happened at the second edition).

Full split results can be found at the official Griffiniskaja Laul page: link

My 3rd place, but I really enjoyed all of my Top 4 so I'm happy with this result! Alba August was definitely underrated in 5th but seeing only 2 points between 3rd and 5th in the international jury votes makes me feel a little better :(

Yeah kinda sad about Alba August as well, but in the meantime she released another great song, so we'll see. Ben Platt also kinda low with the jury. Also thank you one more time for voting. It was an intense reminder heavy edition.
BUT THE AUDACITY OF YALL when I tried to tank Smilers and they ended third with the jury.
