RTVTD has today announced that the official slogan of WLSC Congratulations 8 will be 'Show Your Colours'. The head of RTVTD and executive producer of the event Melinda Martou has said that the theme 'invites fans to express themselves openly and without fear or judgment'. "We want everyone who attends the event to feel free, welcomed, and to feel a sense of pride, both in themselves and towards their own country. We encourage everyone to get involved and interpret our theme in whichever way they wish. 'Show Your Colours', whichever colours they may be!"

CCC announced as venue for WLSC Congrats 8!

The Calvadera Conference Centre (Centre des Conferencies de Cauvaderra, or simply the CCC) has today been announced as the venue for WLSC Congratulations 8. Located close to the Calvaderan seafront, the venue can hold a total audience of 9,400 and is ordinarily used to hold large scale conferences and conventions as well as some musical events including a recent sold out concert by local artist Lisa Truro. RTVTD believe that its large capacity, combined with its proximity to the centre of the city's nightlife scene, makes it the perfect venue to host the contest.

International superstar Delta Goodrem to host the show!​

Australian superstar Delta Goodrem has been selected by RTVTD to host WLSC Congratulations 8. A huge name in Tamausia & Deltannor, Goodrem recently represented the nation in the Waiting List Song Contest on home soil in the 218th edition with her song 'Heart Hypnotic'. She currently holds the record for the longest reigning number one single on the Tamausi-Deltannese Singles Chart with her 2015 single 'Wings', which held the top spot for a staggering 26 weeks. Her most recent album 'Bridge Over Troubled Dreams' also peaked at number one in the country's album charts, and currently remains within the top 5. With her astounding talent and warm personality, we couldn't think of a more suitable person to guide us through proceedings.
