Confirmation has arrived from Rai: Lucio Corsi has accepted and will represent Italy at #Eurovision2025 with the song "Volevo essere un duro".

I am very happy! This year too, Italy will propose something different. Even if it doesn't win, I am happy with this choice.
ps this is an example of how eurovision is not the only goal of the italian winner of the sanremo festival!

Im not sure if juries will love this. Lucios song is kind of slow and basic. But juries eat up everything italy is serving so far.

I haven't found the source stating that... I would wait. I think it will be Lucio but I don't think there is an official announcement yet.
