1. All Around The World: a real-world country is chosen by the host. All artists competing in this event must be from the chosen country. In the case of groups, the majority of people in the group must be from the country. The song can be in any language.

2. AATW type of Spinoff but with NSC nations

3. AI Cover Spinoff

4. Covers & Remixes 5: everyone has to send cover or remixed version of a song previously entered in the main contest, including the original versions of songs whose covers or remixes were entered in NSC.

5. Major/Minor: songs changed from major into minor key (and vice versa)

6. NSC ESC Classic: any entry from any year allowed

7. NSC NF

8. Oldies: tba, the host can decide the timeframe

whats the criterion to define a language as minority?
does count austrian dialects?

I think it would be open to a certain amount of leeway (if uncertain, i would say include a justification in your confirmation) but i would say as a general rule of thumb - under a certain number fo speakers. (1million threshold perhaps? or 500,000?)

As for dialects, i would say if someone speaking the 'standard' form of the language would have difficulty understanding the dialect, then it could be counted as a minority. e.g, Scottish and English English are different, but one can understand the other with little difficulty. However, Scots can be very difficult for someone not used to it, so i would say it could be entered. But again, it's open to leeway.

^maybe as well you could include languages which arent official national languages, eg. Basque which has a few million speakers?

Sounds reasonable, though Basque has on't 600,000 odd native speakers so it could be included under the 1million threshhold if it's used.

Congrats is after NSC 80. Which means that with proper organization we can have 2 spinoffs before Congrats.

I want to suggest this again and again and again...

Team
Two Players have to found together and then each of them have to send a song (2 songs per team). The clue is one special voting rule: Every voter can only vote for one song per team, so the teams have to send two songs which reaches really different tastes of music and you have to be tactical by the choice of your team partner. You should (for example) take one, which you never gave points at NSC.
