Today the competition Svensktoppen nästa was held in the amusement park Liseberg in Göteborg. Svensktoppen nästa is a competition where people from all over Sweden has a chance to win a ticket directly to Melodifestivalen the following year. Last year it was EKO that competed in Melodifestivalen with the song “Red”.

This years winner is called Kalle Johansson, a 17 year old guy from Söderåka in Småland who is impressively 197 cm tall. He competed with the song “Den där dan” (That day) written by his teacher Martin Eriksson, however he will be competing with a different song in Melodifestivalen 2015. In an interview Kalle and Martin explain that they have a secret weapon for the new song that Kalle will perform in Melodifestivalen next year.
