The news just popped out and the surprise RTS was hoping for is unfortunately ruined.
As telegraf.rs, one of the best news portals in Serbia, is reporting Sanja Vučić will be representing the Balkan nation this May in Stockholm.

Sanja1

Her song is written by Ivana Peters, who also participated in Serbian preslection in 2004 (1st place) and 2007 (3rd place) and the title of the song is Shelter.
The song, as they report, is about violence against women and is going to be performed in English.

RTS first had the idea that Ivana herself represent the country but she is now participating at the third season of the show Your Face Sounds Familiar so they went down with Sanja.

Sanja was actually one of the rumored representatives, as she is the part of the band ZAA. With them she did more than 200 gigs all around the region and they’ve also published three studio albums.

So what do you think about Sanja and her voice?
Did RTS made the right choice?
