Junior Eurovision 2024 now has its second artist of 2024, following the selection of Italy’s Simone Grande earlier this year.

Annabelle Ats, 13, was crowned the winner at the final of ETV’s “Star Stage,” earning the right to represent Estonia in Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Spain later this year.

She competed solo with a cover of “The House of the Rising Sun,” and performed the Estonian song “Ãœle vee” in a duet with Kärt Sepp.

The winner of “Star Stage” was decided by a combination of jury and public votes. The jury included singer and teacher Sirje Medell, conductor and vocal teacher Kadri Hunt, musician Robert Linna, musician and songwriter Ewert Sundja, choreographer Alice Aleksandridi, and Tallinn Children’s Jazz Festival “Kräsh” chief organizer Maris Aljaste, according to ERR.

This year, the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Madrid, Spain, the European Broadcasting Union announced May 10. So far, 11 countries have confirmed their participation.
