Eesti Laul has  been the National Final show for Estonia for several years now and according to this Source the Semis and Final will take place on the following dates:

Semi Final 1: February 14th
Semi Final 2: February 21st
Final: March 1st

This was confirmed by Mart Normet, the Estonian head of delegation.

Estonia has won the contest once when in 2001 Tanel Padar & Dave Benton convinced Europe with their song “Everybody”. Estonia has had a rather good run over the last five years managing to qualify for the Finals four times. The only time they missed out was in 2010 with Malcolm Lincoln’s “Siren”.
