It is official: ESCUNITED is going to be in Malmo, Sweden. The merger of OGAE World and ESCFORUMS is off to a great start; three individuals have just received their press accreditation and will be reporting live from Malmo starting May 4th until May 19th.
This is a big honor and it’s only appropriate to give a big THANK YOU to the EBU, in particular Sietske Bakker & Jarmo Siim who made this happening for us. While both groups (OGAE World & ESCFORUMS) have been part of the Eurovision community for years, this is a new adventure for us and we couldn’t be more excited.
What sets us apart from our colleagues is the fact that we are not trying to be the first to report news, but to look at the information and news in more detail focusing on the international aspect of our community and we promise to deliver. We are here to stay and we need your support. Please “like” the OGAE Facebook page as well as the current ESCFORUMS page and follow us on Twitter. In addition, share your thoughts and ideas by commenting on our articles.
There will be a lot of exciting things happening over the upcoming weeks and we’ll reveal more in due time. For now this is your opportunity to share with us what you would like to see us do in Malmo. We’ll try to make it as interesting, informative and fun for everyone but in order to succeed we would like to hear your unique ideas. You can trust us that you’ll get the full credit.

The ESCUnited team could be extended wirh help from a couple of fans. Fred and Tom already got their F accreditation and now we are waiitng for Len and Cole to hear if they got it as well.
