Another year is slowly headed towards itโs final days, and that usually means that the entire cycle repeats. As Basel is steadily getting more and more ready for their upcoming duty of welcoming all of Europe, we need to know, who exactly will be welcomed to the Swiss city. We now have the list, and one of these countries will become our 2026 destination!

Returning countries
Starting with the good news, despite it might be very old news by now, Montenegro confirmed long ago that they indeed would return. Which by now as well, we have witnessed their national final take place, which not only included a winner, but a withdrawal and a new representative being picked. In the end Nina ลฝiลพiฤ will represent the small Balkan nation on itโs return.
Onto the also good news, no country is withdrawing in general. Among the 38 participating nations, all that took part in Malmรถ, will also be appearing in Basel as well.
