As we reported last night, Gabriela Gunčíková was chosen by the Czech national broadcaster CT as the Czech hopeful for Eurovision 2016. Now though, the song which she will perform, “I Stand”, has leaked on to the internet and you can hear the song in full below.
The Czech Republic will be hopeful of their first final appearance having failed to qualify in four Eurovision attempts. The country came closest on their return to the competition last year with Marta Jandová and Václav Noid Bárta’s “Hope Never Dies” achieving 33 points in the second semi-final and just missing out on qualification.
