Romania

In a very close race, Cezar won the Romanian national Final with his song “It’s my life”. It was a nail biter until the very end with the juries and televoting not seeing eye to eye.

Cezar will take part in the second Semi Final which will take place May 16th, 2013 in Malmo Sweden. Romania always managed to qualify since the introduction of the Semi Final system in 2004.

To this date Romania’s best results were in 2005 & 2010 were they reached a respectable 3rd place.

It is a really bad song I’m afraid. It sucks cause Romanians are quite passionate about Eurovision.

What I find interesting from Cesar is the way he can change his voice from DEEP to HIGH PITCH so it is like he has a whole group artound him to sing. Maybe that vocal ability impressed the juries/judges?

@Sever: Electric Fence??? You are crazy? All Europe hate us because of gypsies, we defenetly could not send them a rock-gypsy-folcloric- electric song, better a gay pop-opera 🙂

In the words of Nancy Kerrigan…”WHY-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y?!” At least Bulgaria 2009 was entertaining to watch with that awesome Elvira-looking chick!
