One of the most promising talents of recent Eurovision contests is the Belgian starlet Loïc Nottet, who has achieved millions of views on YouTube with his songs “Mud Blood”, “Million Eyes”, his covers of Sia’s “Chandelier” and his 2015 Eurovision entry “Rhythm Inside”.
