84 songs have been received by the Belorussian broadcaster for the next stage of the EuroFest selection process, it has been revealed.
The penultimate shortlist of Belarus’ hopefuls include the Sweet Brains zombie-themed band that became cult favourites in last year’s selection, recurring participants Napoli and Janet.
The jury round, taking place tomorrow, will see up to 15 participants chosen for the national final on January 15th 2016, where full televoting will decide the winner of the competition. This will mark the first time since Petr Elfimov’s election in 2009 that a jury will not be used to help decide Belarus’ Eurovision entry.
The jury cuts round will be streamed live from 12:00 midday Belorussian time on BTRC’s website.
