Serbia’s host broadcaster, Radio Televizija Srbije (RTS), had an open call for submissions for people to represent Serbia this year in Vienna. RTS received over 200 submissions and Vladimir Graić, who is composing this year’s entry, is selecting the best performers, who will be invited to auditions in one of six Serbian cities. The auditions will began on November 17, in Niš and will finish on November 28, in Belgrade.
Serbia’s national selection will take place in February. There will be three candidates and three songs; two performers will be well-known Serbian singers and the third will be selected based on these auditions.
