As we previously reported, the EBU has finally released the Running Order for the two Semi Finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018. While the Running Order doesn’t decide everything, it most certainly can have an impact on the outcome. In a year where we have a lot of Semi Finalist, the odds to qualify goes down so every point counts.
