Hungary held the first of two semi-finals this evening. Nine songs competed for four spots in Hungary’s national final, which will be held on February 22nd. The advancing songs were based on both a jury and public vote. The jury selected the first two songs to advance and then the remaining seven songs were put up to a public vote, with televoters selecting the final two.

The second semi-final will be held tomorrow, where an additional four songs will advance for next week’s final. These nine songs will compete tomorrow:
