This is a press release by ‘Team Valentina’Monetta’.
Valentina Monetta releases a new video A Kiss, a duet with Joshua de Cadenéx today. It also
features Corale di San Marino choir. It is a track taken from her forthcoming
album to be released in the beginning of 2014. The new album will include songs
written mostly by herself and Ralph Siegel. It will obviously include her third
Eurovision entry, following The Social network song and Crisalide.
The video for A Kiss was shot during the recording of the track. The studio
footage has been turned into stylish black and white video that fits the song
like a glove. It is directed by Alessandro Capicchioni and Fabrizio Raggi and
produced in San Marino. The song has been recorded and produced between San
Marino, Rimini and London.

A Kiss showcases nicely both Valentina’s and Joshua’s vocal skills and is a bit more of the style Valentina has been singing for years before her Eurovision adventures.
Joshua has been working with critically acclaimed artists such as The Band with No Name, West Life, Will Young, Beverly Knight, 911, Daniel Bedingfield, All Saints and Joss Stone to name but a few, Joshua has also firmly cemented a name for himself as one of the most sought after and highly respected Voice coaches in London. He has also worked on various TV shows including The Voice and Pop idols in the UK.
This video comes after her two Eurovision participations and before her next one when she will represent San Marino for the third year in a row next spring in Copenhagen 2014. She’ll be only the fourth artist in Eurovision history to do so, after Lys Assia (1956-58), Corry Brokken (1956-58) and Udo Jürgens (1964-1966) – and all of those three have won!
