The young Belgian star might not have triumphed for his country in Vienna, but he has finally got a well-sought after trophy – last night Loïc Nottet won the French show Danse avec les stars, the country’s franchise of the international Dancing With The Stars/Strictly series.

Together with partner Denitsa Ikonomova, Nottet triumphed over runner-up, French actress and singer Priscilla Betti in last night’s final and was frequently the highest scoring celebrity on the series.

Nottet shared his feelings and a photo of his trophy on Facebook today, which can be seen below;

M.E.R.C.I à tous ! Vous avez tous et toutes contribue à cette victoire ! Je remercie aussi Denitsa, sans qui, je n aurais pu écrire cette belle histoire ! 🙂 BIZZ BIZZLo’
