Albania, Latvia and Romania have all invidually confirmed that they will be present at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015, despite worries over the three countries due to budgeting issues or displeasure at recent results.
Albania has announced that the usual selection process will take place. Festivali i Këngës will return for its 53rd edition this December and the winner will be given to Albanian ticket to the contest next May in Vienna. Applications for the national final will open very shortly.
Romania and Latvia have also confirmed they will take part, but no official word on the selection process for either country has been made.
As a result, only a few countries remain to declare their intention on 2015, with countries such as Spain, Italy and Poland all hinting at participation but failing to confirm to us thus far.
