Six days ago we examined the betting odds, and identified who was the favourite to win according to the bookmakers. Today, after last night’s Semi Final 1, we will take a look and see how the odds have changed after the performances last night and the ten finalists from Semi Final 1 were announced.

As you can see above, the odds the country that has gained the most popularity since the First Semi Final has been The Netherlands, who are currently sitting as the 6th favourite at 10/1 having their odds shortened from 150/1. Armenia were (last week) favourite to win the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, but their popularity has dwindled since last night and they are currently second favourite, behind Sweden. The United Kingdom’s odds have shortened placing them as 3rd favourite. Whilst host country, Denmark, have their odds drifting, and moving them from 3rd place to 7th. The odd will certainly change, once again, after tomorrow nights Semi Final
