The show was broadcast from the Telewizja Polska (TVP) studio in Warsaw and was hosted by Artur Orzech and Michał Szpak. The green room was hosted by Grzegorz Dobek and Aleksandra Budka, who interviewed each artist after their performance on stage.

The eleven competing artists in running order were:

  1. Chrust – “Tiempo”
  2. Kuba Szmajkowsi – “Pray”
  3. Justyna Steczkowska – “Gaja”
  4. TYNSKY – “Miracle”
  5. Daria Marz – “Let It Burn”

The winner of Polskie Kwalifikacje was determined by a 100% public SMS vote, which was open for 20 minutes during the interval period. Before results were announced, Eurovision 2024 runner-up Baby Lasagna and Poland’s Eurovision 2016 representative Michał Szpak performed as interval acts.

The results quickly came pouring in, with Sw@da and Niczos and Justyna Steczkowska representing the top two of the night. Then it was announced that Justyna Steczkowska had won with 39.32% of the public vote. Sw@da X Niczos finished in second place with 23.69% of the vote, and Dominik Dudek finished in third with 13.94%. The full voting results can be seen below.
