Ireland has officially confirmed their intent to participate in Eurovision 2025, and will continue to select their next artist through the national final Eurosong. The national selection Eurosong will once again happen in tandem with the Late Late Show, and will take place in February.
The song submission process is open until 18:00 CET November 18th on the official website for Eurosong 2025. Accomplished composers and co-writers with a successful resume may submit only one song for the selection, and the broadcaster reserves the right to pair entries with artists nominated by RTÉ itself.
All submitted entries will be reviewed by a private jury of professionals from the music and entertainment industry, and Eurovision fans selected by the broadcaster. In-person auditions may be held in Dublin ahead of shortlisting entries for the competition.
The winner of Eurosong 2025 will also win the right to represent Ireland at Eurovision 2025 held in Basel, Switzerland.
