Greece will select its representative for Eurovision 2025 through a national final for the first time since 2015.

As announced by ERT’s CEO, Katerina Kaskanioti, during the presentation of ERT’s program on September 18, the participants will be chosen through an open submission process that welcomes all interested parties.

Ms. Kaskanioti emphasized:

“This approach will meet the heightened demand and interest expressed by numerous artists eager to participate. After a 22-year hiatus, Greece is returning to the Eurovision stage with an inclusive call to all interested parties.”

The number of artists and songs for this year’s national final, as well as the number of entries that will make it to the final stage, remain unclear. We eagerly await further updates from ERT in the coming month.
