The Czech broadcaster, Česká televise has announced that the ESCZ national final to select their representative for Eurovision Song Contest 2024 will be held on 4 December. The final will be held at the Roxy Music Hall in Prague and for the first time will include a live audience. Similar to ESCZ 2023, Adam Mišík will return as host for the second year in a row.

The live show will be broadcast live at 20:15 CET on the official Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel and for the first time on live TV on the CT Art channel and CT’s online streaming platform iVysílání. It has been revealed that this year will feature five acts in the final. The competing acts will be revealed shortly but the songs itself will be revealed during the broadcast with the winner of the national final to be decided by 100% televote.

Last year’s Czech representative, Vesna with the song “My Sister’s Crown” finished 10th in the Grand Final of Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool with 129 points.
