If you’re out and about in Stockholm on any of the live show nights, keep an eye on the skies. Some of the city’s famous landmarks will be lighting up as a result of reactions to Eurovision! Osram (the lighting company) are using the free app LIGHTIFY@Eurovision, available from www.osram.com/ESC, to judge what colour the following landmarks will light up;
- Stadshustornet (City Hall Tower)
- Hötorgsskraporna
- Strömsborg
- Globen
- Kaknästornet
- Eclipse at Gröna Lund
- City Skyliner, Eurovision Village
Lighting will be in rainbow order; blue will signify an average ranking from voters of 1 point, then through to green, yellow, orange and finally with the landmarks lighting up to red for 12 points. This will all happen during the first minute of each performance.
Use the hashtag #ColourYourEmotion and change the skyline of Stockholm!
Will you be using the app? Only two hours until the first semi-final!
