Today the Romanian national broadcaster, TVR, announced that the representative of Romania in Vienna will be decided on the 8th of March. As earlier reported TVR have once again opted for the National Final route in order to decide who will defend Romania in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest.
Selecția Națională will, this year, be held in the Polivalentă Hall in Craiova, a venue that can hold 4000 spectators, in a city that is in the running for the European Capital of Culture 2021.
TVR also announced that they will begin their song search on Saturday, the 31st of January, until the 8th of February.
The winner of Selecția Națională 2015 will succeed Paula Selling and Ovi who ended 12th in the Final in Copenhagen. Romania will participate in the second half of the First Semi-Final on the 19th of May, in Vienna Austria.
