Earlier this week, Remo Forrer offered us the first peek into Switzerland’s staging plans for “Watergun” in Liverpool. Forrer posted an image of himself with four dancers who will accompany him on stage: Lovisa Bengtsson, Ellinea Siambalis, Marco Wihlborg and Kenny Lantz.
It’s not immediately clear what style of dance will accompany the song – it could be a subdued interpretive dance to match the themes of despair and anxiety from the chorus, or something more lively that reflects the themes of youth and hopefulness that appear in the verses.
While we likely won’t see many more details about the staging until rehearsals begin in May, we will get to see Remo Forrer perform the song live at two upcoming ESC Pre-Parties. He is confirmed to be attending PreParty ES on April 8 and Eurovision in Concert on April 15.
