Now that all of the songs taking part in this year’s contest have been finalised, we can get a better picture of how the result may look in Lisbon through our popular ranking game. The first round with a complete roster of songs concluded at midnight, so now’s a better time than any to take a look at the current trends!

The game involves a complete set of votes from each member of our forum, giving 12 points to their favourite and so on in traditional Eurovision format, although missing out any points for their own country.

At the top of the pile, for the first time this Eurovision season, is Israel’s Netta Barzilai, who it seems is taking the Eurovision world by storm on all accounts! Belgium’s Sennek is second, behind Israel by 18 points, with the usual top placer France slipping to third.

Estonia’s Elina Nechayeva has remained strong in 4th place, with Bulgaria growing on our forum members to complete this week’s top five.

The biggest movements across the board come from (FYR) Macedonia, who follow up a favourable “Expert” Panel result with a huge climb of ten places to 10th. At the other end of the scale, Malta have slipped twelve places to 37th in the pack.

Russia (43rd), Iceland (42nd), Montenegro (41st), the United Kingdom (40th) and San Marino (39th) complete the forum bottom five. The full result can be seen below;

Will Israel’s “Toy” hold the top spot for a second week next week or can France or even Belgium claim the first place? It’s all up to #YOU – make sure to submit your votes on our forum this week for them to be counted in the next round!

What do #YOU think of our forum ranking game’s results? Share your votes with us HERE to help decide the next round!
