The first show of this year’s Melodifestivalen in over. In one hour of the show we enjoyed six competiting songs, also as the interval act Anna Book performed her song “Heaven for two” due to her disqualification read more here.
The absolute winners of this night are Ace Wilder and Robin Bengtsson as they have qualified direkt till final and we will see them in Stockholm at 12th of March!
Two male duos Samir och Viktor and Robin och Mattias will ask for Grand Final ticket through the Andra Chansen Round which will take place at 5th of March at Halmstad Arena. Four songs from Second Chance round will get a ticket for the Grand Final.
Unfortunately, Mimi Werner and Pernilla Andersson left the competition as the viewers didn’t vote for them.
During this night Melodifestivalen broke some records. The contestants received the most points in any Melodifestivalen Semi-Final round. Also, from it’s begin till the end it was #1 Worldwide trend on Twitter.
