It’s official! The 17 songs that will perform in this years Junior Eurovision Song Contest have been revealed. The final country to make the announcement was Ireland, who have selected Aimee Banks and her song “Réalta na Mara” to fly the Irish flag in Bulgaria in less than 2 weeks!
The final tonight consisted of 6 songs being performed and the winner was decided by jury vote, the jury votes 2-1 in Aimee’s favour, therefore she will represent Ireland with her classical style ballad “Réalta na Mara”. Aimee will be flying to Bulgaria next week where she will be the first person to represent Ireland in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
