Israel’s entry for Eurovision 2015, “Golden Boy” by Nadav Guedj, will be released on March 12th at 20:00 CET, it has been confirmed.
The singer won the right to represent Israel by emerging triumphant in the country’s search for “The Next Star”, HaKokhav HaBa. Nadav, who is 16, will sing for the Middle Eastern country in the second semi-final on May 21st.
The song will be entirely in English, the first time Israel will sing a song without at least some part in Hebrew. Israel joins Serbia in singing entirely in English for the first time.
It is not yet known whether a special show will be produced to reveal the entry or if it will be released online or via radio.
