The second semifinal of the Icelandic preselection is on tomorrow!
One of the six acts is charming Aron Brink who will open the show with “Þú hefur dáleitt mig”.
Aron, how would you describe yourself in just two short sentences?
A red headed boy from Iceland.
I love to sing, act and do sports and of course Eurovision! 🙂
Since you’ve been on The Voice, how do you imagine Söngvakeppnin 2017 will be like?
I think it will be a lot different, it will be more intense and a lot more people will be watching it and of course I will rehears more.
I think my experience from the Voice will help, as I’ve performed live on stage and worked with the camera.
When you were applying, how did you know that Hypnotised was the right song?
It was just such a joyfull song and full of life. I was immediately excited how it would look on stage. I am really happy with my song.
Whats your ultimate favorite Eurovision song?
Tom Dice’s Me and my guitar.
Would be so kind and tell us something interesting about yourself?
When I was younger I wanted to be an actor and started acting in movies and plays and commercials. I only started singing when I was 15 years old and have been ever since.
Therefore, now the dream is to be to be a singer. 🙂
