The social media account of the Spanish national broadcaster RTVE has tweeted about the confirmation of the Eurovision 2015 dates, suggesting that Spain will indeed be present at the contest in Vienna. Of course, this would be seen as no surprise since Spain is part of the Big 5 countries and has taken part every year since their debut in 1961, but it seems the broadcaster is edging closer to a full confirmation.

Likewise, wiwibloggs have been reporting that the Polish broadcaster TVP are also gearing up to confirming their participation in 2015 after a successful return this year. The OGAE fanclub of Poland suggest that it is highly likely that nothing would stand in the way of Poland taking part in Austria, which is great news for worried Eurofans!

Spain finished 10th in the 2014 contest, whereas Poland finished 14th, in their first final since 2008. While we await official confirmation from both broadcasters, it seems likely that the countries will wish to continue with another successful result.
