Saara Aalto who ended second in UMK 2016, the Finnish national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, has been taking part in this year’s X Factor. Let’s take a look at her rollercoaster of a ride throughout the process.
Saara wowed the judges in the room auditions with her version of “Chandelier”, Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, and Nicole Scherzinger. Sharon Osborne was unable to attend this day. The judges agreed that Saara should make it to the next round, bootcamp.
Bootcamp saw Saara perform “On the Radio”, proving she was worthy of passing to the next stage of the competition.
Next was the six chair challenge, which proved a little more tricky for Saara. After performing two songs, Sharon Osborne decided she was not going to make it to Judge’s Houses
BUT… There was a twist in store! Each group was given a wildcard, and Saara was given this opportunity and the opportunity to flew to Los Angeles to Judge’s Houses to be judged by Sharon Osborne and Robbie Williams
Saara will take part in the live shows of the 2016 X Factor, which will begin next week. How far will Saara go?
