Despite earlier reports that tickets would go on sale in mid-November, Eurovision.tv amended its original estimate and said that tickets will go on sale “before Christmas.”  The host broadcaster, ORF, expects there will be 10,000 tickets available for the Grand Final, but the exact number will depend on the staging.

The exact date “before Christmas” has not been announced and there is no information on ticket prices.  ORF said that tickets will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis, but it has not selected an official ticketing partner yet.  According to Wiener Zeitung (and Google translate’s interpretation of the article), fans will be given at least two weeks notice before tickets go on sale.

Stay tuned for more information (which we will hopefully have soon)!
