The Georgian broadcaster have revealed that they will be holding a national final to select their song for Stockholm. They previously announced that Nika Kocharov & Young Georgian Lolitaz will represent Georgia in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest and have been accepting songs for consideration.
Over 100 songs were submitted to GPB in hope of getting selected by the broadcaster and they have now selected five songs which will be presented on the 3rd of February when the voting will begin. The public will have 12 days to vote for their favourite song and the winner will be announced on the 15th of February.
Georgia will participate in the second half of the second semi-final on the 12th of May in Stockholm.
