Now that Semifinal 1 is complete, lets find out which Entries we like the Most.

Damn this is a bloodbath. Lots of people have been saying it but now that I vote specifically, wow. I kinda wanted to vote for all of them? They're at worst 'mediocre' or 'not my style but technically good I guess'

If I had to place bets , I'd place them on Lithuania , Malta , Azerbaijan , Cyprus , Sweden and Romania for qualification and North Macedonia for Non-qualification.

The other 9 I find are truly borderline . With Belarus out , Russia loses 24 points and goes into Borderline too I think .

There are a handfull rather sure qualifiers in this semi: Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus - I cant see any of these mess it up.
Then there is North Macedonia - with close to zero risk of a qualification.
As for the rest of the lot, I guess at this point they are all more or less likely to make it. BUT bad vocals or mediocre staging can easily kill any of these entries.
It's getting exciting...

I think because they're entries that are generally agreed are good. Very few people's number 1 but generally liked and deserving of qualification, while Russia is more a 'you either love or hate it' entry.

Because that's people's opinions, lol? I mean I don't disagree (I voted for both Ireland and Russia and I certainly did NOT vote for Cyprus which I have second last, above only Vasil), but that's when you ask for personal opinions, rather than "who has the most Successpotential".

Because songs which are agreeable will tend to be in top 10 of all people , and yet not in the Top 1/2/3 of most . I have both Cyprus and Ireland in my overall Top 5 , but I have hardly seen people who have Ireland in their bottom 5. People will not vote for their 10th spot song , that's why it's difficult to predict anything from polls with that many options to choose.
