Funny that people seem to agree on so many, and they're exactly 10 entries too! Don't get why you would count out Azerbaijan from qualifying though, they've only failed once and they were 11th with their worst song ever, in a very tough semi. They really only have to beat 5 entries to qualify, and i'm not so sure about Netherlands or Moldova making it, in fact i could imagine Latvia and even Malta making it as well, at their expense. Not dead sure about Portugal either, it might be too old fashioned and ethnic for most voters.

Of course it's impossible to predict, at the last moment, malta can be strongly compelling, or czechia can give a very bad performance...
Anyway i'll say for now :
Sweden, Norway, Finland - No need of explanations
Moldova, Israel, Czechia, Serbia - They are not safe in this strong semi, but are in good position to Q
Croatia - I had doubts, but it seems organisers now what's gonna happen
Netherlands - Good draw, at least better than switzerland
... Ireland ? - I'm still thinking they could get the vote of the public who doesn't seek for something agressive (A bit like michal in 2016)
Anyway i'll say for now :
