When do we get to see the first rehearsals? (May 3rd?)

I am so excited for it. Probably May 3rd but...

Every year I say I won't watch the rehearsal clips, to keep an element of surprise. Every year, I cave in and watch them.

I’m usually pretty sanguine about seeing rehearsals but want to make an exception this year because we’ve got:

A) a class of songs whose NF stagings don’t match up with Eurovision rules/insurance policy and who’ll therefore need a creative way to adapt ( )

B) a class of songs that are somewhere between okay and excellent performed by singers bursting with charisma and talent but with NF stagings that were somewhere between “needs a lot of reworking” and “absolutely hideous” ( )

C) a class of songs that just strike me as really difficult to stage effectively for one reason or another ( )

So with all that going on I’ll be watching rehearsals with a very keen eye.

Thank god EBU does give peanuts to the fans when it is about first reheasals. Do you remember old times addiction of watching wiwibloggs, escxtra, esctoday lives from day 1 till day 15?! They used to give EVERYTHING. I could not handle nowadays with my academic/work life.
