Volunteering on ESC 2013 in Sweden

Anyone knows if is it still possible to apply for volunteering @ Eurovision 2013??..

I have read on some Swedish site,(date of the article is from october ,2012)
they were looking for volunteers,but it is only on swedish,not on english..

So I don`t know if they were looking only for volunteers who live in Sweden or also volunteers from other european countries??
Please if somebody can give me info mail where could i ask..I would be so grateful

Malmö stad (City of Malmö)

Apparently it's the local municipality of Malmö stad who employ volunteers for ESC. You can apply here. They write that they specially want applicants with knowledge of "odd" languages as Azerbaijani and Georgian.

"Personnummer" would be a stopper for non-Swedish applicants though. It's your birth date in the form 2013-01-13-XXXX where "XXXX" is a special code (numbers), making a unique personal number. It's marked red (mandatory). You can try enter random numbers but I think it's pretty futile. You'll probably need to contact Malmö stad directly and ask what identification information they want. Offering some kind of official reference would suffice I think.
