Every Time I Die were a hardcore band from Buffalo, New York. They formed in 1998 and released nine albums before disbanding in 2022. Map Change is the closer from their 2016 release, Low Teens. It's a relentless, gargantuan track that has never failed to overwhelm me and then some whenever I listen to it. I don't think I have another song that goes as hard. The band's vocalist Keith Buckley is absolutely nuts on it. I've always loved the rawness of the gritty music video as well, how it bombards you with such clashing imagery. I hope some of you enjoy this one. It's been on my shortlist to share with you for years.

This edition we're sending the New York artist, Post Malone, with his song, Laugh It Off. It's the closing track from his fifth and latest release, 2023's Austin, a record which sees Malone head in new directions with his sound, mostly leaving behind the rap and trap of his previous work to now more pop and rock leaning compositions.

I was stunned as Laugh It Off started playing on the menu screen of the new WWE 2K24 video game. It's a bit of a weird fit for a game where you're supposed to be getting yourself pumped to open up a can of whoop ass on your opponent, but I had to stop what I was doing to listen to it. It caught me way off guard and left me feeling emotional. I love the way the song builds, how each chorus gives you a little bit more before that eventual explosive finale. The "and if I learned anything at all" hook hits me right in the tum tum. I hope you enjoy your time spent with Mr. Malone.

Sadistik is back! With You is a song taken from the Seattle, Washington rapper's latest release, Oblivion Theater. I was vibing throughout the whole album but as soon as I reached this track, I was like "..yup, this is the one". It's my absolute favourite side of Sadistik when he does these achingly beautiful pieces that are lush and dreamy in such a ghostly way. Coupled with his poetry, it's a guaranteed recipe to make me ascend every time. With You is probably my favourite track he's done since Saints to be honest, and that (tied with Judee Sill's The Kiss) is still my favourite song I've shared here. Close your eyes and float with it.

It's Indiana rocker Strand of Oaks (Timothy Showalter) with More You, a track taken from his upcoming new album, Miracle Focus. I've always got an eye on this guy. I find his lyrics and themes to be so relatable, often like he's reading my mind (I think everyone has an artist like that).

I love that feeling when you hear a song for a first time and there's no ifs, no buts.. you just know it's gonna be something you share with people here. This was one of those moments for me. I couldn't keep it to myself. The spacey hymm-like More You is just everything I adore in a song. It's so rich and dreamy in an almost spiritual kind of way. I needed the cathartic release that are those lyrics. I love how you can feel the pressure building up and up throughout the song. That release then comes and it feels so wonderful.

This edition we're introducing you to the fabulous Love Bailey. She's an artist, designer and activist who owns and resides at Savage Ranch, a place where Love welcomes LGBTQ artists, visionaries and creatives to come on do their thing in the beautiful hills of Temecula, California.

I came across Love Bailey thanks to Matt Cullen's Youtube channel. There he has a couple of super wonderful interviews with Love. She immediately captivated me. I found myself fascinated, wanting to learn more about this woman's unconventional life and frankly awesome sounding ranch where she invites people to come and be exactly who they want to be, living their fantasies to the fullest.

Hollywood Hooker is a song Love Bailey released in 2018. The glam, extremely sensual video filmed video was filmed at Love's Savage Ranch and features artists and creatives who were residents at the time. I think it's a real visually stunning experience to perfectly match the wild ride the song takes you on. I especially love the empowering bridge section of the song. I'm hooked and just had to share this hypnotic beaut with you all. Hope you enjoy the fantasy!

It has taken me 135 editions for some reason but I'm finally sharing my all time favourite R&B artist with you here at WorldVision. Introducing the fabulous Amerie and her signature tune, 1 Thing. The song which samples The Meters's 'Oh, Calcutta!' came out all the way back in 2005 and it made me an overnight fan. The infectious go-go rhythms still feel as fresh today as they did back then. Despite releasing four albums, 1 Thing would remain Amerie's only top 10 chart hit which I think is a real shame. An outrageously underrated artist.

1 Thing has quite some interesting lore behind it. Amerie and the producer of the song Rich Harrison on numerous occasions would experience pushbacks from their label, denying the release of the song. The label thought 1 Thing was missing something. It apparently needed a bigger chorus and more instruments. Frustratingly after six months it still wasn't released and then to make matters worse, Amerie caught word that JLo was very interested in taking the song for herself. It was Amerie's song she wrote with Rich Harrison. She wasn't having any of that and so did a badass move, leaking 1 Thing herself. The radios picked it up and it instantly became popular, thus forcing her label to finally accept the song, officially releasing it

This edition we're introducing you to Nicole Miglis. She's a multi-instrumentalist from Florida. Nicole is a member of the band Hundred Waters and has toured with Bonobo as their lead singer. The song I'm sharing this edition of WorldVision is called All I See Is You. It's Nicole's first single from her debut solo album that's just been released, Myopia.

For me, hearing this piece of music for the first time was one of those wonderful moments when you know you'd just heard a future WorldVision entry. I find it all so lush and magical, ethereal whilst still having something very earthy about it. I really hope you enjoy the song.

Born in Washington D.C., Baby Rose (Jasmine Rose Wilson) is a singer packing a very unique voice and talent. A once in a generation gift that harkens back to the greats like Nina Simone and Billie Holiday. The song we're sharing with you for this special edition is called Stop The Bleeding. This haunting track is taken from the American rhythm and blues singer's second full length release, 2023's Through and Through. The song is about being stuck in a cycle of self-abuse and learning to go easier on yourself, making peace with your past.

He's back! Father John Misty is preparing to release his sixth studio album, Mahashmashana, on November 22nd. "Screamland" is one of the singles from it—a sprawling, nearly seven-minute epic that, for me, ranks among his very best songs. There's a shocking contrast between the clarity of those classic Misty verses, full of aching longing, and the humongous wall of sound that devours in the noise-pop chorus. My absolute favorite part of the song, though, is the gorgeous bridge section. The "love must find a way" bit leaves me in ruins
