the EBU states that they won't disclose split votes to protect the result
So, since when don't we have statistically invalid results? We all know, San Marino has 100% juries, but why would there be other countries they don't meet the criteria of statistically valid televotes???
This means we don't have 50/50 results, but a flexible 50+ jury influence and I start to smell fraud.
The EBU can decide the winner on its own, because they can dump televotes, they don't like and they won't ever tell. So if juries like Conchita, but televoters like Cheesecake, and EBU wants Conchita, they won't count the televotes of this particular, no matter if it meets the threshold or not. I'm sure.

To protect the fairness of the voting, the EBU does not release the split ranking of televoting and jury per country. Publishing these numbers would explicitly highlight in which countries the televoting threshold – the minimum number of televotes needed to become a statistically valid result - is not met, and where thus only the jury voting was regarded valid. Explicitly highlighting these countries could lead to unwanted disproportionate influence on the televoting in these countries in future years to come.
